Delete your account
- Open Minglet and go to your Profile.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
This permanently removes your profile, imported sources, matches, and chats, and removes you from every conference. If you organize a conference, transfer or close it first. Can’t access the app? Email us from your account’s email address and we’ll delete it for you. See the Privacy Policy for details on retention.

How do I join my conference?
Open your organizer’s invite link or scan the event QR with your phone’s camera, then tap Open Minglet. If you need to install the iPhone app first, return to the invitation afterward. Sign in, then tap Join event with the prefilled code. You can also enter the organizer’s code manually.
How do I report or block someone?
Use Report or Block on an attendee’s discovery profile. In a chat, open the matched profile to block the attendee. To report a chat or someone you can no longer find, email support@minglet.app with the conference and approximate time. We review reports within 24 hours.
Pip said something wrong or inappropriate.
Pip is an AI assistant and can make mistakes. Email support@minglet.app with the conference and approximate time so we can review it.
How do I disconnect an imported source or Google Calendar?
Disconnect Google Calendar in Profile → Connected profiles. You can edit or hide imported interests in your profile. To remove stored GitHub or LinkedIn source data without deleting your account, email support@minglet.app. You can also revoke Minglet’s GitHub authorization in your GitHub account settings.
Can organizers read my chats?
No. Organizers see published profiles, connections, and mutual matches, not private conversations.
